We have an exceptional opportunity for a Recruiter to join our healthcare team at the Corporate Office located in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting duties for assigned positions, which may be difficult and/or complex. Includes posting positions, pre-screening candidates, initial interviews, extending/negotiating offers, and reference checks.

  • Act as a talent acquisition business partner to hiring manager, facilitating the selection and hiring process from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance.

  • Proactively communicate with hiring managers as to the status of the recruitment process for their open positions. Influence and manage appropriate expectations with hiring managers.

  • Partner and deliver high-quality candidate sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned positions.

  • Effectively communicate Corizon Health’s value proposition to candidates. Manages process to maximize candidate experience and hiring cycle time.

  • Highly accountable for personal performance including time to hire and cost to hire. Effectively manages internal tools and reporting requirements.

  • Maintain a candidate pipeline through relationship management with prospective candidates.

  • Able to understand and articulate labor trends and their impact to recruiting and attraction efforts.

  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.

  • May coordinate and/or attend recruiting or association events.

  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

  • Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate “best practices” approaches.

  • Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revisions as needed.

  • Manage the development of assigned territory recruitment strategy, including influencing hiring leaders regarding appropriately hiring practices.

  • May frequently assist leaders with special projects and make recommendations to established processes.

  • Use available analytics to inform and influence decision making.

  • May provide information for internal and external audits.

  • Assist in completion of special projects on as needed basis.

Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field and minimum of 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to work independently and apply good, professional judgment in interactions with business leaders and candidates.

  • High integrity and maintains and respects confidentiality.

  • Works well independently (self-starting and self-managing) and as part of a team.

  • High learning agility and problem solving skills.

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook experience required, iCIMS beneficial

  • Strong hands-on experience and tech savvy with social media, job boards, job descriptions and postings, and effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to candidates, managers, and other employees of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize time management skills. Able to manage multiple tasks in a changing and deadline driven environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% to correctional facilities, regional offices, client and/or vendor sites.
