Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key contributor to the hiring and selection of new Corizon employees. The coordinator provide ongoing administrative and coordination support for TA team and TA Director. In addition to the typical administrative duties, this individual will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the recruiters, candidates, and all levels of leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience providing both administrative and communications support for Talent Acquisition as well as high customer service orientation.

  • Schedule and coordinate all non-executive corporate interviews, conference rooms, teleconferences, candidate travel arrangements, etc.

  • Appropriately manages corporate interviews while candidates are on-site, ensuring a smooth process and excellent candidate experience.

  • Create and route candidate and team expense reports/credit card reconciliations, invoices, etc. to ensure timely payment/reimbursement.

  • Participates / tracks development of department goals, objectives and metrics (PMO Work).

  • Works with HRIS and future ATS to report on TA key metrics

  • Assist in the implementation of new systems

  • Assists with TA vendor management, including job boards, and 3 rd party vendors, partnering internally with Finance and Legal to execute and maintain agreements.

  • Update and maintain MyCorizon TA site- make suggestions regarding content and functionality

  • Helps to create and maintain Recruiting workflows.

  • Supports field recruiting with candidate site passes

  • Support communication and tracking for employee referral program

  • Act as point of contact for relocating candidates.

  • Support corporate recruiting in completion of new hire tasks for non-executives including but not limited to: offer letters, orientation paperwork, drug testing, equipment provisioning, etc. Ensures complete coordination of departments

  • Coordinate efforts related to Fast Track Program candidates – schedule interviews, coordinate behavioral assessments, background checks, references, arrange travel, etc.

  • Support field recruiting (site level management, mid-levels, providers) completion of onboarding tasks (offer letters, candidate travel, etc.).

  • Point of contact for Bureau of Health Workforce Loan Repayment Program; verify employment, licenses, maintain company/program eligibility, access to online portal.

  • Schedule, register, coordinate recruiting job fairs / career fairs with appropriate staff and materials to generate qualified candidates; maintain/track yearly for communicating to clients as needed to quantify recruiting efforts in contract markets / needs.

  • Review and summarize monthly recruiting commissions for payment; tracking yearly accumulative totals and communicated to Finance as appropriate to ensure expenses are charged to appropriate cost center.

  • Assist in recruitment marketing and social media- executing campaigns under direction of TA leadership and in line with corporate branding standards.

  • Assists with candidates securing state license(s).

  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements

  • BS/BA from an accredited college or university and advanced degree in human resources or related field preferred.

  • Three to five (3-5) years varied experience in human resources / recruiting / training / employee relations.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and juggle various projects and timelines. Self-starter; ability to see potential roadblocks and pitfalls and navigate them to ensure timely outcomes.
