Participate as key leader in ATS implementation initiative. Partner with TA Director to manage careers website, social media outlets, and other job boards/vendors.
Drive increased quality of hire, decreased time to fill, and process excellence in all areas of recruiting.
Foster a talent advisor mindset with internal customers and teams.
Develop and use Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting to support continuous improvement and articulate value and performance of function to TA, executive, HR, and operations leadership.
Nurture relationships with certain TA vendors and manage contract and pricing negotiations as well as vendor performance.
Work effectively with PR/Communications, Marketing, Operations, Corporate and HR leaders to help deliver a consistent and effective employment value proposition (EVP) through all recruitment marketing and advertising channels.
Periodically recruit on key leadership openings as required.
Assist in completion of other duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources or equivalent education/years of experience.
Experience Level: Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience- with at least 3 years working in corporate TA function. Prior management experience strongly preferred.
Tools and Technology: MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel); Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (preferably iCims), resumé databases, Internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets.

Certificates and Licenses: No certifications needed, but must have thorough understanding of staffing standard operating procedures, guidelines and legal requirements as they apply to compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking. Experience in behavioral assessment and selection processes also required.
Language Ability: Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to influence, inform and guide others are required. Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors. Demonstrated ability to translate data to insight and intelligence to present the state of the business from a staffing perspective to internal customers.
Work Environment: Office environment with occasional travel up to 25% to: correctional facilities, regional offices, and/or vendor sites.
