We have an exceptional opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter to join our Healthcare Support Team in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications of a Corizon Health Clinical Recruiter

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years' experience in Human Resources/Recruiting.
  • Two (2) years concentrated experience in recruiting, healthcare, and correctional experience strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook experience, PeopleSoft preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to candidates, managers, and other employees of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize time management skills. Able to multi-task in a changing and deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work on complex problems and make objective employment decision.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to correctional facilities, regional offices, client and/or vendor sites.

Responsibilities of a Corizon Health Clinical Recruiter

  • Prescreen, conduct group and individual interviews for candidates. Refer qualified candidates to department leadership.
  • Participate in new business start-ups
  • Administer tests, check references, and may issue employment offer or rejection letters to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with managers regarding the proper staffing needs to meet contract(s) guidelines. Ensure compliance with AAP and EEOC guidelines.
  • Consult with HR partners and business stakeholders to define staffing needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Communicate and present process changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees to that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate "best practices" approaches.
  • Conduct training and educational programs concerning management development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation.
  • May negotiate, on behalf of the company with employment agencies and other vendors.
  • Provide information for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in completion of special projects on as needed basis.
