We have an exceptional opportunity for a Contract Coordinator to join our Healthcare Support Team in Brentwood, TN.

Qualifications of the Corizon Health Contract Coordinator

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's, associate degree or some college preferred, preferably in Business or Healthcare Administration.
  • 3 -5 years progressively responsible work experience in healthcare, in a Provider Relations/Contracting environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities of the Corizon Health Contract Coordinator


  • Serve as the point of contact for providers with general inquiries regarding their contracts, claims payment and service needs
  • Manage and maintain existing files for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, amendments, clarifications, etc.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meeting
  • Provide support to Purchasing Agent in supply chain requests
  • Participate in ordering, data control and collection of metrics
  • Communicate any new or updated policy and/or procedure to interdepartmental staff
  • Ensure integrity of online Provider Directory
  • Respond to internal and external correspondence
  • Update and maintain Access database of provider contracts
  • Periodic back up for receptionist duties
  • Other duties as assigned
