Qualifications of the Corizon Health Locum Tenens Positions

  • Unrestricted license (or willing to obtain) in the Missouri
  • Board certified/eligible
  • Unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Number
  • State (CSR) if applicable
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
