We have an exceptional opportunity for a Facility Health Administrator-At-Large to join our healthcare team based out of Tempe, AZ with travel state wide.

Qualifications of the Facility Health Administrator-At-Large

  • BSN or Bachelor's Degree in healthcare/management (Master's Degree preferred)
  • Minimum three (3) years healthcare management or supervisory experience; one (1) year of correctional experience preferred
  • Experience in personnel selection, training, scheduling, progressive discipline and termination
  • Computer experience in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Above average communication skills, influence and leadership skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with internal and external customers

Job Summary

The Facility Health Administrator-At-Large program is designed to provide our state-wide contracts additional support in the event of an administrator vacancy, in preparation for surveys or audits, and to assist with completion of special projects as assigned.

The Facility Health Administrator-At-Large will serve as "trouble shooter" and may be called to fill in at any of the sites we currently operate in the state of Arizona.

Responsibilities of the Facility Health Administrator-At-Large

  • Serves as chief on-site administrator
  • Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive contract services including personnel selection and retention, budgeting and coordinating care with internal and external resources
