We have an exceptional opportunity for a Healthcare Delivery Facilitator to join our healthcare team at the Phoenix Correctional Complex located in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications of the Corizon Healthcare Delivery Facilitator

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a Health Science is preferred
  • Firm understanding of the essential elements of an effective compliance program (policies/procedures, communication strategy, training/education, etc.), and an immediate ability to demonstrate such
  • Ability to assess and troubleshoot processes and systems
  • Direct experience in analyzing operations, performing compliance reviews, evaluating and recommending controls, and ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively interpret, utilize, and report data findings in a clear and efficient manner
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • General knowledge of and experience with litigation and related court proceedings
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery methods and/or managed care
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (testing exercise required)
  • Proficient in managing cloud based and/or electronic document libraries using web-based user tools.
  • Up to 30% travel required

Job Duties of the Corizon Healthcare Delivery Facilitator

The Healthcare Delivery Facilitator will be primarily assigned to an Arizona Department of Corrections complex and directly responsible for assisting site leadership and clinical personnel with performance improvement initiatives, compliance monitoring and reporting, training and education, incident response, and related compliance functions that serve to improve site level performance.

Responsibilities of the Corizon Healthcare Delivery Facilitator

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Client Partners, contract monitors, and attorneys
  • Serve as a liaison between Corizon site level leadership/personnel and Client Partners
  • Draft, implement, and maintain standard policies and procedures
  • Create and distribute reports (including dashboards) to Client Partners and internal stakeholders as necessary
  • Monitor, recommend, track, and trend process improvement
  • Analyze operations and conduct routine compliance reviews
  • Participate in training and education initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of incident response with respect to compliance events
  • Attends meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned
