We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Healthcare Support Team in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Qualifications of the Corizon Health Senior HRIS Analyst

  • Four (4) years direct work experience with implementation, configuration and support of HCM technology with emphasis on HR reporting, Payroll and Timekeeping
  • Prefer experience supporting Enterprise HCM and Talent Management platforms, and Kronos Workforce Central 8.0
  • Proven involvement as Senior resource on prior HCM implementations
  • Healthcare experience preferred; corrections experience a plus
  • Participated in HR Process analysis and design initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, identify patterns and recommend creative solutions to significantly complex problems
  • Experience interfacing Payroll/Timekeeping and other HR related information with external vendors
  • Served as HCM Subject Matter Expert on HR and related projects
  • Able to partner and interact with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to present oneself with confidence
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project

Job Duties of the Corizon Health Senior HRIS Analyst

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in the successful execution of multiple Labor Management initiatives and daily support of existing HR systems. Responsible for gathering and implementing business requirements, redesign of processes for optimization, and recommend, develop, and implement solutions to deliver outcomes that meet HR partners and business needs to align with Corizon's strategic goals. Provide ongoing application support including resolution of user requests and system issues, root cause analysis of problems, planning and testing of system upgrades and coordination of the development of enhancements with third party vendors.

Responsibilities of a Corizon Health Senior HRIS Analyst

  • Collaborate with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts utilizing both business process knowledge and the HRIS system capabilities to capture new requirements for development and resolution of HR business goals.
  • Support HR Reporting and Labor Management strategy and key processes by ensuring HRIS systems are managed to provide highly reliable data.
  • Generate advanced reports/queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of ad hoc and standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Initiate system enhancements, including new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality and coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and other post-implementation support.
  • Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers, staff and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate "best practices" approaches to maximize the benefit of HCM system capabilities
  • Oversee system maintenance; assist in the review, testing and implementation of HCM system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Document process and results. Conduct periodic audits of master data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, functionality, and coordination of HRMS, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Act as a liaison for vendor interface issues.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HCM with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials and techniques.
  • Provide oversight of processes; assist with security and table maintenance. Collaborate with managers regarding the proper security needed for creating/modifying security roles. Ensure roles are created properly and contain the proper access to HRIS systems and HR interface systems.
  • Mentor HRIS team members to help them develop skills needed to succeed in their roles.
