We have an exceptional opportunity for a Staff Scheduler to join our healthcare team at the Eyman Correctional Complex, located in Florence, AZ.

Qualifications of the Corizon Health Staff Scheduler:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 or more years' experience in a Correctional Setting is required.
  • Prior experience as a scheduler is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented & ability to work independently; proven organizational & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and deal with multiple projects, sometimes at the same time.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially experience in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Previous experience with ADP Enhanced Scheduling Attendance Software and Kronos is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Corizon Health Staff Scheduler

  • Develops and offers direct oversight of the medical department's master schedule and monthly reconciled schedule.
  • Assures adequate staffing on all nursing units
  • Responsible for creating various daily and weekly reports that will track the department's staffing along with data on overtime, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
