We have an exceptional opportunity for a Talent Management Specialist to join our healthcare team at our Corporate Office in Brentwood, TN.

Qualifications of the Corizon Health Talent Management Specialist

  • BS/BA from an accredited college or university and advanced degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Three to five (3-5) years varied experience in human resources / recruiting / training / employee relations.
  • Advanced experience with MicroSoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and juggle various projects and timelines. Self-starter; ability to see potential roadblocks and pitfalls and navigate them to ensure timely outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Corizon Health Talent Management Specialist


  • Provide administrative and coordination support for projects, goals and objectives as assigned to ensure team and project deliverables are met. Support the team by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, conference rooms, teleconferences, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO); schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments, conference rooms, teleconferences, travel arrangements, etc. Monitor and order/purchase supplies, materials, equipment and other services as needed/requested. Create and route expense reports/credit card reconciliations, invoices, etc. to ensure timely payment/reimbursement.
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures.
  • Maintain company communication avenues, and draft, review, finalize company communications for dissemination to company as a whole, or targeted individual groups / levels.
  • Participates / tracks development of department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Lead planning and preparation for logistics of annual management meeting, talent review and succession planning processes, tracking and reporting; negotiate and coordinate locations, meeting rooms, lodging, transportation, A/V, catering, etc.
  • Coordinate and provide support for various Recruiting Department functions:
  • Support corporate recruiting in completion of new hire tasks (offer letters, orientation paperwork, drug testing, etc.); efforts related to Fast Track Program candidates - schedule interviews, coordinate behavioral assessments, background checks, references, arrange travel, etc.
  • Support field recruiting (site level management, mid-levels, providers) completion of onboarding tasks (offer letters, candidate travel, etc.).
  • Point of contact for Bureau of Health Workforce Loan Repayment Program; verify employment, licenses, maintain company/program eligibility, access to online portal.
  • Schedule, register, coordinate recruiting job fairs / career fairs with appropriate staff and materials to generate qualified candidates; maintain/track yearly for communicating to clients as needed to quantify recruiting efforts in contract markets / needs.
  • Disseminate / post internal opportunities to potential internal candidates; maintain / update job posting page on MyCorizon.
  • Review and summarize monthly recruiting commissions for payment; tracking yearly accumulative totals and communicated to Finance as appropriate to ensure expenses are charged to appropriate cost center.

  • Maintain corporate headquarters employee files, non-compete agreements, executive employment agreements, severance agreements, etc. Maintain company organizational charts.
  • Point of contact for executive referrals / verifications of employment.
  • Track, monitor and prepare reports, presentations and tools to communicate participation in HR/Training programs and courses, and in support of Recruiting activities.
  • Assist CHRO in preparation for quarterly Board of Directors meetings; collect, prepare and disseminate exhibits in support of CHRO goals / objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
